Solimar Real Estate is proudly led by Raul Duarte, a licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of experience. 

Over the past four years, Raul has successfully managed more than 250 units across 38 residential and commercial properties for 18 different investors in St. Petersburg, FL. With his deep expertise in both property management and real estate sales, Raul understands the ins and outs of day-to-day operations as well as the strategic side of the business, including staffing, marketing, and more.

Raul Duarte’s passion for real estate began in 1996 when he purchased his first home in the charming neighborhood of El Portal, FL, near his hometown of Miami. This investment sparked a lifelong love for the industry. Over the years, Raul grew his portfolio through smart investments, and in 2001, he became a licensed real estate agent, followed by earning his broker’s license in 2006. In 2008, Raul founded SOLiMAR Real Estate, quickly earning a reputation for personalized service and innovative marketing.

After a brief hiatus, Raul is excited to relaunch SOLiMAR Real Estate in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in property management and a renewed passion for serving the community. With a commitment to excellence, Raul is ready to guide clients toward their real estate goals.
