At SOLiMAR Real Estate, we value our relationships with fellow real estate professionals. Our referral program allows you to continue representing your clients in all future sales, purchases, and listings while we focus exclusively on managing their rental investments.

Here's How It Works:

1. Submit Your Referral: Introduce us to a property owner or investor seeking professional property management services.
2. We Handle the Management: SOLiMAR meets with your client, evaluates the property, and establishes a management agreement. All leasing, tenant screening, lease preparation, and ongoing management services are handled according to SOLiMAR's established policies and procedures.
3. You Get Paid: Once SOLiMAR has successfully collected three full months of management fees and the management agreement remains active and in good standing, your referral compensation will be processed.

Our referral program is designed for agents introducing property owners seeking SOLiMAR's full-service property management. It is not intended for arrangements in which another agent or company independently handles tenant placement or leasing while SOLiMAR assumes only the subsequent management responsibilities.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to SOLiMAR's review and approval.

Referral fees are earned and payable only after SOLiMAR has successfully collected three full months of management fees and the management agreement remains active and in good standing.

For properties with multiple units, referral compensation is calculated on a per-unit basis and paid proportionately as each unit meets the three-month collection requirement. Vacant units do not qualify until they become occupied and generate three months of collected management fees.

Referral compensation is available to actively licensed real estate professionals, subject to applicable Florida real estate laws and brokerage requirements.

We respect your existing relationship and will refer your client back to you for future real estate sales, purchases, and listings.
